Any lifters about

Looking at adding some lifters to my friend list , make or female I have no preference.
I’ve been training about 3 years or so and lift 5 days a week. Would be good to have more people on board

    I've been lifting for two years. I'm not NEARLY where I want to be yet but I've come a long way. I work with a personal trainer and lift 3-5 times a week average. I love it and it has changed my life. I'm not stopping yet. Good luck to you.

    I've been lifting but Im pretty sure you kicked me off your friends list. Maybe I don't lift heavy enough? I can totally almost bench 100lbs so that should count. Lol!!

    That’s impressive to me! Lol. I’ve been lifting kind of sporadically the past year, but can only bench 80 lbs so far :grimace:
