I responded to your other post on protein shakes...

I can't help with the sore muscles. I don't get DOMS. Magnesium may help if you're aching.

Soylent is totally fab on fleek/litty. I’m trying. I’m the mother to millennials and grandma to a Gen Z.

    For sore muscles:
    - Switch to every other day workout with full rest in between.
    - Always do a full round of stretches after cardio.
    - Use the RICE method.

So what is your goal? Have you put your stats in to MFP yet?

MFP = My Fitness Pal. The app/site you're on.

    Some tips:
-Read all of the stickied threads at the top of each section.
-spend some time perusing the forums, read posts that interest you or sound like information you might need.
