At this point, I don't feel well enough to go to the fridge and cook something. i have meat and potatoes but i need to add something to it so i don't starve and binge later on. restriction-->binge-->restriction-->binge and so on. So what should i add to protein and carbs and fat and produce? Supposedly that's everything but there's also dairy if you want to add some for kicks. To be full.

Raw vegetables on the side? Or substantial vegetable like brocolli?

I usually have meat, carb, and veggies for dinner to balance everything out

It's the carbs that make me feel full. Bread is the thing.

meat , produce and a starchy veg or whole grain I make grain and veggies ahead and freeze in an ice cube tray so I can toss a cube or 2 in a dish to heat brown rice ,quinoa, same with butternut squash and pumpkin , always keep an assortment of your favorite veg in the freezer that makes meals so easy to toss together

    A huge pile of vegetables.

Mushrooms, onions and cauliflower are my staples.
