Hi everyone,
I am new to all this! Am 37 and have 3 stone to lose, lost 6 stone 3 years ago, mainly due to bereavement and splitting up with my ex husband, a friend of mine recommended this site as she has dropped two dress sizes on it, any help would be great, x
