Don't judge. I happen to enjoy a glass of wine with my evening meal. I could cut wine out, but why would I do that? I calculate the calories into my overall caloric intake. Not everyone who likes to drink is an alcoholic.8 -
I don’t drink very often but today sucked and I thought pretty seriously about having 600 calories of wine instead of dinner.0

Thank you, really interesting views and different ways to look at this & lots of different experiences. Really helpful, very focused on losing weight & know that cutting back here will help (and I know I can do that, good self-control!)0
