Hey all, my name is Jace and I am back on MFP after an injury and an extended break. I am training specifically to up my weights in the Big 3 (deadlift, squat, and bench) so I will be more competitive once I step on stage. My combined total is 1,105 right now and I want to up that as much as I can naturally. I have been a personal trainer for 8+ years, so I would love to help motivate people and to get motivation from them! Feel free to add me!
