Looking for some support

Hi everyone, my name is Sarah. I am one of those people that gets excited to lose weight and then I lose motivation.
I lost weight starting in January but an injured foot from June put that to a halt. I was doing Zumba 3x a week but I fell off a curb and stumped my doctor. He said plantar fasciitis but after five months of pain, a second doctor said it was a sprained arch and other damage so I’m non weight bearing for two months (a month and a half left). This leaves me without Zumba since late May and I’ve gained all the weight back that I lost from earlier this year (only 15 pounds but still).
I am looking for someone to help with support. I can’t do any lower body exercise that I know of because my doctor is very adamant about not using my foot. I would like someone to talk to in order to make sure I can keep myself on track and a support buddy since it’s harder doing this alone.
