Hello All,
I am in the process of loosing the stubborn 50 plus lbs. I started To 182 (last week of November) and hit 174...and then I got viral with sore throat. I am unable to move and very tired. Mostly physical sickness+stress episode lead to self sabotage. This time I have held my ground at stayed at firm 175 (I usually rebound to 182+). I need help/tips/motivation to continue my journey even when I am stressed out or physically sick.
I do not want to give up this time.
Any suggestions would be helpful.
Thanks in advance

Just keep tracking your food while you are sick. If you have to eat at maintenance to take care of yourself for a bit, do it!! Nothing wrong with diet breaks, as long as you keep tracking!1
