Half hour building up to 3 rep maximums on my upper body compound lifts, half hour accessory/hypertrophy routine with dumbbells. Then changed into my cycling shoes and did an hour on the indoor bike trainer.3

Full body.. glute focus. Pretty intense.. so much so that I actually got flashbacks of labour after my last high rep hip thrust set.3

Going for a 90 min run in 2-3 hrs.2

a mountain bike ride of one and a half hours with plenty of climbing.

Today was supposed to be a lifting day except I still feel stressed from running a 5k race yesterday. The run itself was no problem, but getting up at the crack of dawn to get downtown 2 hrs before our race, before the roads closed for the marathon, and then trying to get out of the box created by the roadblocks to get home - which took more than an hour and a half of sitting stuck in traffic - wore us out! I'm older and diabetic and a lot of strangers coughed on me yesterday, so I slept in and took it easy.
I did get in about ten minutes of stretching and bodyweight this morning, about fifteen minutes of Zumba in the afternoon, and spent the rest of the day sipping cinnamon lattes and watching Hulu. So tomorrow is going to be what I had planned for today - squats, deadlifts, military press, and pull-ups, plus some rowing and abs stuff.2 -
Ran for an hour on the treadmill then did some time on the rowing machine. I'm headed out to a fancy fondue place because today's my birthday and I'm gonna eat ALL the food1
