I've recently been advised to start the fodmap diet relating to IBS .The recipes seem to be very high in fat and calories. Does anyone have any suggestions for recipes relating to this type problem.

A low FODMAP diet isn't a weight loss plan, it's to help you with ibs issues. You need to make up meals using ingredients that are allowed on the diet, in quantities to suit your calorie goal if you are also trying to lose weight.
There are plenty of vegies, plus proteins and fats that are fine to eat. Making meals simple at the start may be helpful and make you feel less overwhelmed.0 -
