Hi everyone! I have spent the last year tied to a desk for 18 hours a day working and finishing my degree. During that time my health took a back seat and I am looking to reclaim it now. I am in my early 40’s, married with three kids and working full time. I recently joined a gym and plan to work out there 3-4 times a week and use my treadmill at home 2-3 times a week. My ultimate goal is to be able to run by the spring. I love running, however, at my current weight and an old knee injury, it just isn’t feasible right now. Looking forward to both receiving support and giving it!
