Working out while injured

I just suffered a fib break in the middle of a 12 week training and weight loss program I was really successful with. I refuse to go backwards in my weightloss so I tweaked my meal plan and am keeping up with upper body lifting as best as i can. If anyone has any insight or suggestions on how to continue with my weightloss or at least maintain while injured i would greatly appreciate it.
