Kicking the bottle and counting the calories - need friends!

I’ve been drinking almost daily and exercising about 4 Days a week. I’m not sure how Or why I’ve been doing both for so long. Im going to lose 15 pounds. I’m stopping the weekday drinks today! Looking for friends to help out me out down here in Houston Tx.

    I've been drinking daily for a while now too. Put on roughly 30 lbs due to a few factors and the boozing and snacking is a major reason. I'm cutting out drinking during the week - including Friday - and limiting on weekends. I'll also be switching to Henry's Hard Sparkling, so incase I splurge, it won't severely jeopardize my progress.
