Hey! Do any of you cool cats do any supplementing? Meal replacement shakes or protein shakes, diets, pills? Just curious to see what other people turn to. :)

I drink protein if I'm behind my protein goal.
I also take a multi vitamin.

I use a bit of protein powder in yoghurt - I use natural yoghurt, the protein powder adds sweetness and flavour along with a protein boost. I also add a little bit of collagen in coffee, and make protein pancakes/waffles with some protein powder.

    That's it!

I love food so much, I wouldn't dream of replacing even one meal :s I get enough protein through food. I have tried diets, don't work, I just lose weight (don't keep it off, which was my intention). Pills that work aren't legal, pills that are legal don't work, so no pills.

I turn to reason and practice gratitude and aim for patience.

I only use protein when I need it. Meal replacement smoothies I've used in the past to get my cals up when struggling to gain. Only pills I take are multivitamin, vit D and fish oil.

I drink a protein shake (which I just realized I forgot to bring today!) as a mid morning snack. I take a multivitamin and iron.

I drink a protein shake in the morning before lifting because I otherwise have too little protein in my diet and because I'm too tired to cook in the morning.

Supplements that are actually worth a crap; whey, creatine, and caffeine; also, vitamins for deficiencies and fish oil if you dont eat fish often.

I cook with Whey, but thats it.
