Late to the party but never to the diet

Hello people,
Started dieting around 40 days or so but only started MFP 15 days ago.
I am 32yr, 183cm tall and doing ketogenic diet to lose fat (and weight)
Started with 103kg, BMI 31 and BF around 30%
At this moment i am at 92kg, BMI 27 and around 24% BF - not bad eh? i plan to get to 15% BF in the next 6 months.
my keto diet centers in a lot of leafy greens, proteins of various types (red meat is my fave) for lunch and moderated consume of eggs, salami, coffee and milk derivatives for other meals, i snack with seeds and unsweetened dark chocolate. No fat bombs till i reach my cutting goals. Probably will do a lean bulk winter next year. i do some carb refeed every sunday since it is my cheat day.
I do some Weightlifting pairing with HIIT cardio 3x per week.
My main reason to diet like this : need to solve my fatty liver problem and "cure" myself from pre-diabetic state. i believe i lost my gall bladder 3 years ago due to my lack of knowledge regards some foods.
