stress/emotional eating

I don't normally emotional or stress eat. If I get over stressed or emotional, I won't eat until I feel better but today, I did opposite of my internal programming. I had a disagreement with a family member and I walked away and began to eat. Well I'm done eating and I still feel angry. Not only over the disagreement but I ate a bag a chips and cookies and something else fried. My stomach hurts and I think I might have a food hangover later. I have many regrets right now because I have to apologize to my poor stomach.

    I'm a HUGE emotional eater. Here lately it's been one of the most emotional times in my life and I've had to fight against those urges. I'm definitely with you. If you need a friend, feel free to add me!!
