Greetings! (Intro and looking for friends)

I genuinely had no idea how much my food choices and portions added up. Over the past few months I have become quite sedentary (due to my work situation) and my diet did not adjust accordingly. Boy that caloric surplus add up fast! Time to get to work and fix the problem.

. Applying social media psychology to fitness was a fantastic idea on UA's part. Whether we are reversing damage or avoiding it- no matter how in shape we are, we are all here to improve ourselves. There is a lot of work to do- let's go!
