...the people that post here are on the whole much more educated and intelligent when it comes to dieting and weight loss. When I used to regularly post here 5yrs ago, there were many people arguing that you absolutely had to have breakfast to kickstart your metabolism, that intermittent fasting unlocked some hormonal magic that accelerated fat loss, and the same with keto. There were quite a few beachbody coaches plying their "expertise" and successfully trolling for Shakeology customers. Glad to see this place evolving.
The daily "should I eat my exercise calories" discussions are still here though.

They are trying to make pro tip videos for this.. but im pretty skeptical about them being helpful unless we just post the links to them constantly like we already do with the most helpful posts thread since no one really sees it. =/0

They're all on facebook now saying the same thing, just much more loudly and privately in their echo chambers... I mean groups3
