I'm trying out this app hoping to get some guidance on weight loss. I'd like to lose 40lbs. Any tips that I can get would be appreciated! I Hope I am able to get inspiration from everyone and I hope to do the same for everyone else! Im excited to start!

    My best tip: Start logging your food. That was the key for getting my loss started and for keeping it going. Takes some effort in the beginning, but now it is second nature for me.
