I’ve had a goal of hitting 1100 total before my 1 year training date. That isn’t until May 5th so I have plenty of time.

Today I decided to test my totals. This was after my normal squat intensity day. Anyway I hulked out. I got one of the bigger guys in gym to spot me on squats and bench. I did shitastic on bench but smashed everything else. Even got told “your strong as *kitten*” by the big dude.

Lifts
Squat 405
Bench 205
Deadlift 475

Not bad for a 45 year old guy lifting for just over 6 months. Looking forward to a 5 plate deadlift :)
