I have to say, it astounds me, the ridiculous things people successfully manage to have crowdfunded, when there are worthy and needy actual charities out there (this isn't aimed at you at all OP - was just thinking this the other day)7 -
Hahaha, I had to click this.
While we're here, tell us what's making things difficult for you. It doesn't have to be a nightmare.3 -
Lmao thanks guys. I was being incredibly sarcastic for those that didn't catch that lol2

I regularly had lipo fantasies until I met two people that had it and now they just have all new problem areas. Like they had lipo in their tummies and now they just accumulate fat in their thighs. Or in their upper arms and now they get fat in their forearms. It’s a never ending lipo chase.11

Psh, I don't even want to pay for mine!2

First it Lipo, then it's ice cream...no, I'm greedy with those two.0

Ask your doctor if he offers Care Credit or a similar plan.4

I know right. Is LV even a thing anymore? I would have thought Jimmy Choo would have been requested.1 -

Well that is certainly reasonable.1 -
you should start a GoFundMe, some idiot got a bunch of other idiots to pay for her trip to Disney!0

Had to click - am smiling! I rely on cheaper alternatives: dim lighting, few mirrors and denial. And thank heavens it's hard to see your own ar$e without effort!!!8

Some people have no shame. A woman once joined here to spruik a GoFundMe to raise cash to buy a mermaid tail (and a pool, I think) because she truly believed she was meant to live as a mermaid.2 -

You CAN lose that weight. Start logging your food today, study that food log and learn from it. One day at a time, you will figure this out. You're an intelligent, capable woman! Welcome to the site.
"Diet don't work"?
Diet does work. It's the only way to manage weight and keep it under control for life. Have you stuck to a lowered calorie goal for a few months? Not 900 calories per day, not, "Imma eat only lettuce and tomatoes," but a reasonable calorie goal of about 1500-1600 per day, including all food groups - yes, including pizza and ice cream as long as you fit it in your Goals.
This site offers you your best chance at learning about "diet" and nutrition and exercise and weight management.
Just as an aside, this thread you've posted in is nearly six years old and you would be better able to get feedback if you start your own new thread. We will gladly stand with you as you change your life.
Here, this is a good read here on the site from a successful, reputable Fitness professional;

My understanding is that when large breasts are causing you pain, your doctor can help convince your insurance company that the procedure is medically necessary. We might be able to give you more specific advice if you tell us what country and state (if you are in the US) you are in and what your insurance is.
I am a veteran and my insurance is with the VA. It took me three tries to get a community care referral through, and now I am having (unrelated) surgery done at a world-renowned hospital instead of the VA. So glad I persisted!3
