☺️☺️ after being stuck at a weight for a month I've finally been making some progress, anotha 5 off the scale, my downfalls are partying and then coming home and eating the entire contents of the fridge- how the hell do you avoid drunk munchies

Lock the fridge, take the key and toss it outside, I mean really hard with your eyes closed. Surely you will be too drunk to find it or pass out trying.

My appetite is insatiable the next day after drinking. It seriously feels like my body just can't get enough to eat. And my body won't settle for healthy foods after drinking. It wants fried food and carbs! I don't drink often but I'm looking for tips to help reduce this...other than not drinking at all.0 -
This will be an unpopular response but if you're losing, who cares? Enjoy your life! Reduce calories the day you're going to go drinking...you'll get drunk on less alcohol with less food in your stomach which will also save money and calories lol. I'm half joking, half serious.5

I just give in and eat >.> Just try not to do it often but becoming harder LOL. Side note-I love your hair. Seriously great hair0
