Just want ideas of what you pair it with?

    It's good on it's own or as a condiment. I love it on eggs.

    Chop it up and add to stir fry.

    I eat it as a snack, I put it in miso soup (sometimes with tofu), I mix it with rice dishes, I put it on baked potatoes.

    Kimchi is magical with a basted egg.
    Or in fried rice. Or cauliflower fried rice.
    On it's own.
    In a stir fry.

    It's also freakishly easy and fun to make your own, if you find you enjoy it :)
