post babies, back in the saddle! have lost nineteen pounds since last december. high-school weight, but not high-school body comp. pretty sure i’ve been losing muscle mass recently. too much fat in my diet and way too little protein. (no more daily avocados!). working out 4-6 times weekly. a little bit of lifting. mostly cardio. planning to reverse that and focus on heavy lifting and lean proteins. would love to connect with others who have similar foci to share nutrition and exercise ideas.

Avocados are highly nutritious, why would you cut them out?

I hear you! I don’t like how mushy I feel now. I need to start lifting again. It’s just a matter of making time, which is something I’m determined to do. Sending a FR

Sounds like you've got it dialed: lean protein (and maybe protein supplements, up to 1g/lb bodyweight) and heavy lifting 3x/week or so. Have you chosen a weightlifting program yet?
