30 POUNDS GONE & that's not the only thing that changed!!!

I've lost a total 30 pounds between the two pictures posted .. but when I had put these two photos side by side I saw more than just a number that was lost.

I still have a lot more to go (another 40 pounds to lose), but I'm happier now than I was before!

To anyone whose struggling.. YOU CAN DO IT!!!

You're so lucky! I haven't seen the number on the scale go down But then again I've noticed inches lost on my hips and thighs.
