Hi I'm new on here! And I'm trying to keep to a workout routine and build some muscle or getones and get rid of some fat! I'd love for some advice!!! And some new friends to help me keep to it!!

    It's tough to build muscle and lose fat at the same time (calorie surplus vs calorie deficit), but you can gain strength. My advice: stay under your calorie allowance but get plenty of protein and do some strength training. What is your current workout?
