Here we go again!

I starting again in an attempt to get from 182 down to about 150lb or so.

I have made great progess in the past and I believe I was at about 165lb sometime in the past two years through combination of running and eating right.

I've slipped bit and my diet is terrible, havent run in some time either and so the weight went all.

Apart from that I'm feeling unfit and u motivated. Here's hoping I can make steady progress this time!
