Calling all help!

I've been lifting for three months now and haven't had any change in inches. Here is what my lifting sessions consist of:

Barbell Rows
Dumbbell Rows
Dumbbell Kickbacks
Dumbbell Curls
Barbell Curls
Widegrip Pulldowns
Underhand Pulldowns
Assisted Pullups
Leg Extensions
Deadlift
Barbell Squat
Dumbbell Overhead Press
Inclined Barbell Press
Walking Lunges
Pushups
Bench Tricep Dips
Overhead Tricep Extensions
Dumbbell Plie Squats

I also followup with 20 minute abs every other day with medicine balls/body weight/resistance bands, and/or cardio. Is there something I'm missing/doing wrong? I can definitely tell my arms are a lot more defined and stronger.

Any ladies struggle with losing inches in the beginning?

Are you using weights that cause your to struggle on the last 1-3 reps? How much of an effort do you feel you are exerting on your workout?
What's your food intake look like?

    Scrap this way of lifting.

    Move to a strength program.

    A few I recommend are

    Stronglifts 5x5
    Starting Strength

Thanks so much! I don't go to a gym, but thankfully I have some equipment in the one at my work. However, my left wrist is weak due to bad break I had a while back. Snapped in three spots. Plus I struggle with arthritis. So I struggle with some weights on that arm, my chest presses feel unbalanced, and I'm afraid to try power cleans, in fear that I may mess my wrist up more.
