Working Nights/Lates - Meal Advice

Hello,
So my current work schedule is as follows:
Friday and Saturday: Day Off, Sunday 9am till 5pm, Monday and Tuesday: 10pm till 8am, Wednesday: Day Off, Thursday and Friday: 2pm till 10pm.
So the Friday, Saturday, Sunday - those I can all manage fine with having breakfast, lunch and dinner at set times. The same is true for the 2pm till 10pm shifts.
But the overnights are the struggle of when to eat...
So Monday and Tuesday I'll go to sleep at about 12pm/1pm and get up at 8pm - then I'll be at work till 8am the next morning.
How would you space out/time meals? Any advice would be really appreciated!
Thank you

I work 11 pm to 7 am. I eat one meal between 5 and 9, one between 9 and 11, and one between 11 and 7. Then at 7 am I have an apple before I drive home.
Would something like that work for you?0 -
Perhaps set your meals to time segments instead of Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner. Example: 00:00-06:00; 06:00-12:00, etc.
Me personally if I was on a split of shifts like that I would probably try and keep to a similar sort of schedule and have dinner before work, something light as I can't stomach something heavy when I wake up, have something snacky on my break and have a brunch type meal when I got home. But that's me, you could have totally different preferences.
As long as you meet your calorie deficit over the week, it makes absolutely no difference when or how often you eat your meals, play around with it and see what works for you.0 -
Thank you both for the replies! I'll probably have a meal before I go to sleep, and then pack what I usually do for work, and just treat it like my day is the opposite way round! So have 2 meals during my shift and then something when I get home again.
I don't often work nights anymore (I used to be on permanent nights 3 years ago when I worked at McDonald's; and that really didn't help my weight loss) so I'm I've gotten out of the routine of it!
Thank you both
