I have actually been following this since Nov 1, but I have a tendency to quit after a few weeks like I did the last time. This time I think I am going to stay with it. I have already lost 20 Lbs through a combination of calorie counting, set meal programs and daily workouts. I am facing the challenge of Christmas food and parties and I am going to need some realistic help. I could use a bit of encouragement through this holiday season.

    I'm not sure how much people on an internet forum can do for you - but keep reading and keep posting and make sure you log everything, even on those days you go way over. Because you probably will. And you probably should.

    Have a great one, try to make good choices on days there is no social event. It will all work out if you want it and stick to it most of the time for many months. Takes time.
