How dose the chat work

Is there a way to see what everyone is posting? I am not text savvy, and I’m having trouble figuring out how this works.

    Yeh, there is no instant chat feature.

    Just keep clicking back to "Recent Discussions" in blue at the top - you'll get a list in order of most recent posts.
