We are ordering fajitas tonight and it’s authentic so no calories in menu. I will be eating the shrimp, steak and chicken and veggies no tortillas. How can i log that? Or any other healthier Mexican options? Salad?

The calories in a fajita are in the tortilla and the cheese along with the oil used to grill the veggies. I'd look up some fajitas in the database, chose something fairly high calorie if it's authentic and go with it. You can't always be 100% accurate when eating out, so it's a best guess scenario. Enjoy it and don't sweat it so much, it's just one meal.2
