New to community, looking for friends....

I have been battling my weight all of my life! Joined mfp last year, but just got really serious last month. I have been tracking my food daily with the exception of our family vacation - but still ate in moderation. Trying to stick to a 1600 calorie diet, drink 8-10 glasses of water/day & exercise 5Xs a week. Tired of feeling tired all of the time! Advice, encouragement & support welcome!

    The longer you do it the more you'll be able to look at food and just know how much something is without having to immediately write it down. Moderation is the key for everything. Food is fuel to do what you want in life! :) You can do this! You already sound like you are ready to go! :)
