Hello! Kimberly from CA. Embarrassingly out of shape and recovering from open heart surgery last year (double bypass), and numerous other health issues that happen when you don’t practice self care. On Wednesday I lost a childhood friend and fellow Vet in the blink of an eye. Wake up call! I’m determined to return to my Navy fitness goals of 25 years ago when I was in boot camp.
