Say it, Do it, activity accountability friends

Looking for a few friends that want to do the same process as me:
post what activities / workouts you have planned for the next day, then post what you did on the same comment when you do it / don't do it. I find that if I tell someone I will do something, I have a great chance of doing it.

My goal: lose 100 lbs in 1 year (lost 7 lbs so far).
Not hardcore, but want to be consistently moving and doing something, no matter how great or small (for instance, burning 500 calories trail riding, to 50 calories for a short walk).
