Hi Everyone

I started my journey at the heaviest I’ve ever been at 315.6 and knew I needed to do something. I started on November 27th and I’m now at 300.2 lbs. I’m looking to make friends and find people who can help motivate me and I will try to motivate them as well.

    I too, just started on this journey November 25th of this year. My son has been eating the Keto way for the past 3 years and swears by it. So I thought I would take him on his prompting and concern for my health. I am 62 and weigh 340, so I needed to make a change in my life. It sounds like you have had great start.

    Hello folks, joining too on keto. love the diminished appetite and freedom with fat. I will take fat over desserts and drinking anytime.
