Hello, newbie here

Hi, this is my first time using my fitness pal. I have been swimming for the last year and a half. With no change to my weight, just marginal toning. I changed my nutritional intake almost 7 weeks ago, and upped the swimming to 90 laps 5-6 times a week. The first 2 weeks were horrible, but now I'm feeling better than ever! I started logging my food intake three days ago, but I'm not a person who normally weighs herself so I'm sure I won't get accurate readings until I break down and find out. I'd love to make some like minded friends
