I have a tendency to yo-yo aka my weight fluctuates to the extreme. Last year I went from 140lbs to 110 back to 125 . Since then I have crept back up to 140. The 30lb drop was over a 2-3 month period. Not so healthy. My goal is to eat. And to eat healthy and stay a healthy weight. 110 was not a healthy weight for me . Because I reached it by working alot. Stressing alot. And eating little. My weight loss was greatly muscle mass. I hope to get back down to 120-125 lbs . By eating healthy. Aleast two meals a day. No junk food. And portion control. I am gluten-free and have been substituting for pasta and bread. I will be cutting the substitution out. I also want to explore fermented foods. Like kimchi ,sour kraut, and kombucha. Please share your thoughts and feeling's.
