I was wondering if anyone who’s lost a lot of weight has had any really close friends start to to become more distant as you lose? And how do you deal with it?

Personally, I would do what's best for you. Friends worth having are friends who support every side of you. Big or small, thick or thin. It doesn't matter. Health is the most important thing. For exampl, my best friend is severely overweight, and I've also seen her lose a lot too. Doesn't change my opinion of her. I'm proud of who she is, no matter what she looks like.1
