Diet schmiet. Wanting better stamina and endurance instead.

I'm wrapping up my 4th year at age 35 and as round 5 approaches next month, I'm wishing that I would feel less tired and have better stamina. I'm not as worried about extreme weight loss as much as I'm wanting the number on the scale to be a measurement of muscle instead of too much couch-time. I'm looking for a few like-minded buddies who aren't going to be lecturing me about eating Mac and Cheese, but rather sending encouragement for getting in an extra workout.

I don't worry about my weight, I'm more performance oriented (currently working on endurance also).Mac & cheese? Meh. Talk to me about beer and tacos.

How'd you get to spend 4 years at age 35?

Anyway, what's stopping you from doing it your way?

Ha! I am at Year #15 at age 35! Each version gets better and better! I tell you this....I have been eating more and performance in the gym has been awesome! It is all about your goals.....what is most important to you. And, then the best question in the world - is the juice worth the squeeze?
