I’m new and want to lose weight for sure but my main goal is really addressing my depression which I have been pretty much ignoring up until now which hasn’t worked for some reason haha. Looking for friends who would like some non-judgemental support and give some support in return. Anywhere in the world but if you’re anywhere.
