Put cayenne pepper in some lemon water , drink green tea and ginger tea! They definitely help you to weigh less the key is consistency a lot of people are lazy or close minded so they don't even try new things.
Use a good weight loss supplement preferably something natural. I remember taking a certain supplement and I literally felt like I was sweating for hours which was weird cause I never really perspire . Some people think metabolism is only genetic that is not true at all we can increase and decrease our metabolism STRESS especially will effect your metabolism35 -

There is no such thing as a good weight loss supplement, just overpriced caffeine tablets and laxatives.
As for the pepper/lemon water and tea, they do not raise metabolism significantly enough to cause fat loss, what they might do is cause you to be more hydrated and lose some water weight, but given that most of us are looking to shift fat, not water that's not much use to the OP.16 -

Plenty of people have lost some weight using supplements including myself . But you are entitled to your personal opinion.20 -

Give yourself some credit, you lost weight because you were eating less than you burn, not because of the supplements.7 -

Plenty of people have lived to 90-100 years old while smoking a pack of cigarettes a day too. That hardly makes a case for taking up smoking to prolong your life.
Some people succeed in spite of what they do rather than because of what they do.12 -
factors that increase metabolism include; being male, being heavier, being young, having more muscle mass. There is also evidence that genes, hormones, mental state and temperature play a role. Unfortunately, most of these factors cannot be changed for most individuals, unless you feel like gaining weight or gaining muscle. Otherwise, you mostly have to stick with what you got, and no amount of fad techniques are likely to make a significant impact8
