Use a good weight loss supplement preferably something natural. I remember taking a certain supplement and I literally felt like I was sweating for hours which was weird cause I never really perspire . Some people think metabolism is only genetic that is not true at all we can increase and decrease our metabolism STRESS especially will effect your metabolism
