    While I wish I could put in 5000 cals a day, I usually don’t have the time or forget to put in the time to add those required cals. I would suggest making good use of this fitness tracker to count your cals closely. Once you are getting close to your allowed amount do something to keep yourself busy and away from anything food related. Also mentally prepare yourself to not want food, think of other things. Also having a support person helps to keep you on track

    Thank you for your reply. I decided that I didn’t want to wallow in self pity. At the end of the day, the only person who change her habits is me! After that revelation, I tried to delete this post, but it wouldn’t let me, so I instead changed everything to “bleh.” Mature, eh? :)
