What techniques have worked for yal? I feel like I can never get the amount of meals I need since I sleep most of the day.

You could try drinking more calories.0

I'm not sure how working over night and sleeping during the day is any different to working during the day and sleeping at night.
The number of meals is not important, the total calorie intake is. Plan your meals beforehand so you know you meet whatever calorie goal you have - choose calorie dense foods, drinks, try and fit snacks in where possible if you can't take time for a proper meal.3 -
Consistently consume more calories2

I used to have this problem also when I worked nights. Sorry, I don't have any tips for you. I would often have a humungous breakfast when I got in before going to sleep but yeah, it wasn't easy getting the calories in.0

Doughnuts, ice cream, & PB are your friends.1
