Moving beyond WW

Hi-After over 14 years on WW, I have dropped out. I have been a free WW member because my weight was under my goal weight. However, my life has drastically changed since I originally joined WW, so WW is no longer a good fit for me. Over the past 4 years, I have become a runner who loves distance running. I ran over 1400 miles this year. I ran in 14 events this year...3 full marathons, 3 half marathons, and others were a variety of distances. I met an amazing trainer in January and am currently enjoying having him kick my butt:). I began MFP because I need to know more about what I am eating and how much more I should eat on long run days. This is where WW no longer fits my life. I am so excited to take my health and fitness to the next level!! I am a very positive person who is very motivated to crush my goals.

Wow! Congratulations on all the running success! I am hoping to return to running this spring. It's been a long time and I miss it immensely! I recently joined MFP to help me shed the weight that is currently keeping me from doing that. I hope MFP helps you further analyze your nutrition and sets you up for further success!0
