I don't know, but it seems skewed to me too. I always go over. I think it's fine. the whole atkins diet is based on high-protein0

going over a little is ok, but going over excessively is not. Unused protein is stored by your body as fat so.... you know. But if you're working out, and doing strength training you are using that protein. I go over sometimes but never by more than 5 g or so.0

I'M ALWAYS OVER BY 40 OR 50GRAMS, BUT 22G IS A PROTEIN BAR AFTER MY WORKOUT. I HAVE PERHAPS NOTICED MORE GAS? ANYONE ELSE?0
