Hi all. As the title states, I am going to be doing my best to move away from packed foods and begin cooking more. Processed foods have introduced a lot of negative trends in fitness and health, and I don't wanna be a part of it anymore.

Female
5'9"
134lbs
Goal Weight:
I normally put a number here, but I have no idea what my ideal weight would be because I'd like to focus on recomp. I don't care what I weigh, so long as I look good and feel healthy. I am already at a healthy weight, but it's skinnyfat.
Fitness goals:
A sleek, firm, shapely physique that I can proudly display in public. I have a potbelly at the moment...no thanks.

Aw, thank you! Unfortunately(?), I have excellent posture. It was emphasized in my household growing up, and I have received many compliments on how I carry myself, so I am sure it is not that.0
