Went over and kicking myself

I’ve been tracking my calories very well over the past few months but today I just went over by 300 calories. I am so disappointed in myself. I’m trying to talk myself down by saying it was still 200 under maintenance, higher calorie days can be good for morale, etc, but I’m still so pissed at myself because losing weight is slow enough without sabotaging it! How often do you guys go over and what do you tell yourself to stay positive?

    I go over every once in a while, log it and move on. One day didn't make you over weight and sometimes you're hungry. Tomorrow is a new day

    I did that every once in awhile. It's really no big deal! Still made my goal weight within six months. Sounds like you're staying within a deficit for months, congrats on that!!
