Hi,
I have an injury from a foot surgery, so I am unable to weight bear on my left foot. I swim 6 x a week for cardio, I used to work out with machines in the gym, now I'm not sure what to do when I go in the weight room. I can do the rowing machine as I only strap in my good foot. I can do the assisted pull-up, tricept dip machine. Other than that I'm not sure how to start adding the weights back into my regiment. I'm either on crutches or need to use a knee scooter. I'm very strong and have a large amount of muscle mass for a woman, probably also because I've been on crutches for 2 years. I'd like to get more definition rather than any added mass. Any help is appreciated

to get more definition you need to lose fat. a small calorie deficit and adequate protein will help
