I started in Spring and 2 weeks ago hit my lowest weight since high school. 143 pounds. 27 pounds lost in total. Ever since that weigh in I have been binging and binging bad. I just stepped on the scale for the first time since finding out my lowest weight and I've gained back 4 pounds. I had a bit of a breakdown and I'm still feeling very depressed about it. How do I get out of this rut? I haven't even been counting calories because I'm too afraid.

You're right. Im going to seek online help for now and then professional when I get back into the US. I'm also going to attempt to start working out again because I think that will help with my mood. Thank you for keeping it real1 -
There are plenty of therapists who video chat. No reason to wait for professional help.0
